These cookies can be made with our health mix (made out of black rice, millets and many more). Ghee can be replaced with butter as well. Ensure that the ghee when mixed with sugar is light and fluffy to get crispy cookies. Chill it down for a minimum of 30 mins to get a good texture. Bake it in a preheated oven for 170c for 25 mins. Less than the prescribed time will not give crispy cookies. Once out from the oven, let it completely cool down to enjoy the crispiness. Store it in an airtight box after cooling down.
