Tips to get fluffy upma:
1.Soak the millets for 3 hours.
2.Once the water starts to boil, cover and cook for 7 mins in low flame.
3.Open the lid and give a good mix(to prevent sticking) and cover it and cook for another 3 mins.
4.Switch off flame and add coconut,peanuts and coriander leaves and mix well and cover it for some time.
5.Once it turns warm, it turns to the correct consistency.
