Ideal for making Idiyappam, Puttu, Idly/dosa, Porridges ,Murukku, Sevai, etc. We have made a simple recipe using the red rice flour. Ingredients needed: Water โ€“ 3/4 cup Red rice flour โ€“ 1 cup. If the water content is more than 3/4 cup for 1 cup flour, then its difficult to roll the roti . Knead the dough for 2-3 mins to get a smooth and crack free dough.
